Friday Night Update
Tonight was the Waxies concert at the Fricano Event Center in Muskegon. I got there around 5:20pm and after shuffling around to find a good table to host the friends who would arrive. The Waxies started playing around 5:45 and Scott was the first to show up and eventually others arrived including Jarred and Christen, Beth, Blondie, Becca, Taki, Matt, Kim, Nate, Mike, Jen and a few others. The band would play for about 45 minutes and there would be a half-hour or longer break with dancers or whatnot. The band wrapped up around 11:30 and Taki and I sat and chatted a bit before finally leaving at 12:15am.
I gotta say, it's really nice being able to eat Fricano's pizza and listen to live music with friends. :)
Tomorrow is Fonn Mor and Sunday is Slide IE. I may have pizza again, or I may have some of the delicious potato soup or corn-beef sandwiches available.
Did anyone go to the Craic Wisely show? How was it?
