MFF is a go still
Well, I've gotten in touch with the person who has the room for MFF and he's letting me crash there. It seems he wasn't told that I was staying there, but that we'd find our own rooms. :/ Great to know with 3 weeks to go before a convention, huh? Oh, well. The good news is that I have the room. I hope he's still willing to let me just pay the 1/4 room cost as I was expecting.
... he does have a hotel room for Sunday nigh too. Depending on how things go, I might look into staying there Sunday night too. However, with the shortened work week (Thanksgiving), I should be at work bright and early on Monday.
That reminds me... I have a 4-day weekend from Wednesday thru Sunday on Thanksgiving weekend. What are folks up to?
