So, around 4:15pm EST, I recieved a phone call. Not that that in itself was surprising ... You see, what threw me for a loop was that it was an international call coming into Me. I raised an eye brow and answered the phone. The voice on the other line had Me jumping for joy on the inside.
penguin_war was on the other end. It had been so long since I had heard her voice. I was all smiles. We talked for a good bit, however, she had caught Me as I was getting out of My outfit for work. We talked a bit after I got dressed and talked of the things going on in our lives. Unfortunately, it is a 6 hour time difference from here to Germany. I am just very happy and fortunate that she called.
Things always happen for a reason ... Let's see what this one is.
