I don't get why some people think it was okay for "The Artist" to win so many awards, especially when "The Tree Of Life" won nothing at al! - At least they gave some to "Hugo".
Don't you think there's ~something wrong? Well, the thing's that they don't like directors that have enough money to do whatever the fuck they want with their movies (George Lucas for ex.). So it was easier for them to give almost all the awards to a mediocre French director.
