No country can be bothered to make crap like these balloons domestically. They are all made on the cheap in Chinese sweatshops and those giant sweatshops cannot be bothered to care what local theme might be popular in Serbias and Moldovas of the world and do separate designs for those small quantities. Plus, no one can compete with Hollywood and these things are mostly about Hollywood all over the world. Serbia would never be able to afford the investment required to produce anything of the quality comparable to Hollywood.

Entertainment is just a commodity these days and the US is a prime producer of it pretty much like the Middle East is known for its oil and France for its wine.

Half of the world will disagree with you on that ).
Also, the US is large enough to be its own world and cannot be compared to the likes of small European countries. You can be compared to China, Russia and Japan for example and, like you those guys have pretty much everything local. Including the balloons. Smaller nations will just pick stuff they don't have from the leader in the industry and import it. When it comes to entertainment, it is the US.

I think they are accessible all over the world via those internet subscription services or whatever they are called. I would be surprised if you could not access international movies in the US easily. We all can here but the truth is that there is just not as much demand for them as there is for Hollywood stuff. Why is that is a separate discussion I think.

I guess if you want it free of charge it is going to be hard to find. The same goes for Hollywood's stuff I think.
It is just that way more people are prepared to pay for Hollywood's stuff than for anything else that is made around the world. probably except India, they love their own movies but they still call their industry Bollywood, so a nod to the US again ).

Also is it all American? I thought dinosaurs, ponies, zebras, dolphins, tigers, horses, cinderella are pretty neutral? Also what character is that girl in pink?

Ah OK, thanks, I don't have a TV and hardly watch any movies so I am really behind on this.
