Of all the things i miss, I'd say Penny is one of the tops.
I don't miss paying for gas, and I don't miss no heat in winter time, but I miss the freedom of her, and I really think she brought me closer to a lot of my friends. I realize that this break, when you don't drive, plans aren't made around you anymore lol.
We got the money back from the insurance...we're putting most of it towards college, and the rest of it in my bank account. That's where the money is needed right now, but it's just depressing knowing that I won't have a car until I work for one again, which could take forever.
I don't like being at college w/o a car. That means I can't explore everything that surrounds me, and I couldn't just leave at the drop of a hat if I ever so needed to. I just feel way connected to home w/ a car. Also, visiting friends seems highly unlikely now.
I have Tammy's car today...she is the greatest, she planned her whole day so that I could use it. I guess she realizes how much that means to me.
I'm sucha all american guy, to miss 4 wheels so much.
