[ Yako's pleasantly surprised by the message that comes in; she hasn't met someone in the city yet with the same surname as she does, and the woman sounds cheerful enough. ... Almost worryingly chipper? But she shakes it off when she calls back.

She calls back sometime in the late afternoon. Once Misato picks up: ]

Katsuragi-san? This is Yako speaking. All three of the rooms are currently still available. There are three people currently living in the house itself, but we've decided to lease these rooms out to anyone who needs the space.

Great! I'm in training to get one of those security guard jobs, so I should have some money coming in soon. And I had two roommates back home, so it shouldn't be a problem. You probably won't even know I'm there.

Well, there are currently three of us in the house: Mr. Xerxes Break and Ms. Sharon Rainsworth are the actual owners. I'm just living there myself.

Aside from the rent, you'll be expected to help out with some of the housework, like cooking and cleaning. Does that sound all right?

So... um, a few house rules, I guess. Keep your room neat, let one of us know if you're planning to bring over any guests, and don't... do anything illegal. [ Or anything that would get the people in the house arrested. ]
