I use VirtualDub to make the screencaps, and Photoshop CS4 to actually make the animation. :)

i've been trying to make them on cs4 but they end up in slow motion. D:
do you know how to fix that?

hmm...when you make screencaps, do you use every frame? that's how my gif's end up slowing down. using every other screencap (or sometimes every third one) speeds it up.
