you definitely don't have much of any kind of southern accent. i hate that they lump all of Southern American English into one category--"Dixie". There are so many different kinds! Virginia-Piedmont, Appalachian... check it out on wikipedia. All the phonologies are compared in one convenient place.

And it's true! "Southern" accents are similar in some ways yet vastly different in North Carolina. I nearly had a fight with a guy on the phone one day over my pronunciation of "Concord."
