i have to say, i think the judges definitely made the right choice in getting rid of heather. she just doesn't photograph well, and i couldn't see her being a high fashion model...although maybe she'd do well in i>seventeen...she has a cute face, but when she said, "i know i'm prettier than most of those girls," i wanted to ask her, "like who?" to me, she was the obvious weakest choice.
i also found her reaction to yoanna not choosing her to have dinner with her to be a bit dramatic. i mean, we see yoanna expressing concern for her diet, and suddenly they're supposed to be best friends? i think yoanna just wanted to enjoy her meal...she chose people close to her age whose company she enjoyed.
catie really got on my nerves this week, as well. i guess i have to take into account that she, like heather, is only eighteen. i can understand having a hard time parting with long hair you've had your whole life, but come on...it's just hair. and i don't understand what everyone was talking about when they said they ruined her hair. i thought she looked great. it took her from cute to striking. very mia farrow in rosemary's baby. i just wanted to smack her, watching her flip out over and over. what a brat. and i hated how everybody catered to her.
yoanna is still my favorite (i loved what they did to her hair), but i'm beginning to really like mercedes. i think she's beautiful. shandi has also grown on me; it was so cute when she said, "i feel so pretty right now." and i think xiomara looks so much better with the long hair. she's not scary anymore.
i really want camille gone, but i guess she provides valuable drama to the show, so they'll keep her around.
and i'm so tired of janice dickinson constantly reminding us that she was a supermodel, and trying to pretend that every pose used in modeling was somehow derived from her. she's a frightening alien. and her "tough as nails" schtick is way overdone. but i guess she's good for entertainment value. i love to hate her.
