Shear Genius is (yet) another reality program where hairstylists compete - think Project Runway or Top Chef for hair... the stylists are given a "Shortcut Challenge" every week that usually results in some sort of prize or advantage in the elimination challenge for the winner... this weeks Shortcut Challenge was to incorporate flowers/plants into their hairstyles... http://www.bravotv.com/shear-genius
