Is it a spoiler if they show it on the commercial? Cause they showed one of the girls screaming on the commercial.

No, its not a spoiler if its been released to the mainstream media (i.e. put in a commercial).

they told Elina to scream and let loose and then she screamed her heart out and they were all acting like they were caught off guard.

So it was Elina screaming on the preview.
