Keep an expiration date in mind when you open your new makeup, but if you want to be sure you don’t go past the deadline, use a sticker to remind you of the expiration date.
If your hair needs a break before it all breaks off, Jay and Miss J. say wigs are a great option, especially for the sistas. But make sure to get your wig cut and styled ON YOUR HEAD so it fits your features.

Women have been dealing with dry hair since ancient Greece, and they’ve been using the same quick fix! Olive Oil is a natural remedy that will keep your hair smooth from the root to the tip! Rinse hair with warm water. Warm 1 tablespoon of oil treatment in the palms of your hands. Using your fingertips (not nails), gently massage the oil into the scalp in a circular motion. Repeat until the entire scalp has been massaged. Rub the ends of your hair with the remaining oil. Rinse and shampoo as normal.
