So I was talking to my boyfriend about ANTM and Dominique and saying that she looks super old and that no one at panel has brought it up yet. I proceeded to show him screen caps from Rich's blog and he said, "Dude she stole my look! That's my slicked back 30 something college student look! That bitch!" so I started cracking up and then I found pics

Well they talked in casting in C6 about how not a lot of top models are over 6 ft. Sara, at 6'1", was who they were discussing but then Tyra brought up Oluchi Onweagba [sp?] who is 6'2".

Isn't that what they did to C8's Renee? They totally gave her a makeolder, and then didn't mention it until they cut her. However, all the other girls voiced the same observation before the judges would acknowledge it. It seems like they always make the old-looking girls look older. Just watch, when it's time to cut her, the judges will finally tell her she photographs old.

Yeah I can see that happening. I hated Renee's makeover. She looked so young and gorgeous in her long wig "booty tooch" (???) swimsuit shot.

Except, IMO, Dom actually still looked old with her long hair pre-makeover. Especially with that stupid knot she wore right on the top of her head. She looked like a 68 year old librarian. The makeover didn't do her any favors though.

At least with Renee, she looked younger and beautiful before the makeover, she just got a bad makeover.

I agree. Her hairline is way far back too. I think they should have given her some bangs. Bangs are youthful looking anyway and it would have eliminated that far back hairline. Maybe Aimee's makeover style (soft curls & bangs) would have worked for her? Not the color though, lol.
