so i've just spent countless hours watching both seasons of canada's next top model
One thing i LOVE about CNTM vs. ANTM is that my favourite ALWAYS WIN!
well, in cntm 2 rebecca wasn't my favourite (sinead and tia were) but i definately think she deserved it. and i wasn't disapponted that she won.
I love how .. ?audrey? won in the first cntm. she was so cute and clearly the besst looking. i wished that the asian woman was in the top two (the girl who was in the top two who lost sucked!)
anyhow. i wanted to compare the two seasons i think while cntm 1 had a much lower budget i think the photoshoots were much more sophisticated and look like REAL ads and shoots that would be in magazines.
i think in cntm 2 because JAY MANUEL hosted it he made it bad. he s seriously a tyra wannabe!
as a result i think the shoots became CHEAP and silly. like tyra's. they weren't as bad but i think the only ones that seemed like real shoots/ads was when they were doing it for a client.
I suppose the whole point of it is to make a portfolio and therefore it's acceptable but they try to make out like it's a 'top model's' portfolio. bah!
i also really liked the model who hosted the first cntm. she seemed really genuine. what was her name again? and what happened to her?
i also think the hosts of bntm and ausntm were really genuine as well.
i think because they're not so high profile as tyra.
anyhow, so tyra, i love you lots. you're fabulous BUT i think you make silly decisions regarding your choices of girls who go on your show.
Heather was an amazing decision as was Kim.
but you have too much racial pride.
so, i'd like to hear everyone else's opinions on the whole thing...
OH AND ALSO! i lost my computer when i was like, halfway through cycle 9 so when i got my computer back i avoided this community as to not get any spoilers. what are everyone's thoughts? who did everyone like? is anyone ACTUALLY HAPPY that saleisha(*vomits*) won?
