JAEDA SIGHTING (?)

For the past two days, I'm very sure I saw Jaeda and possibly a male confidant walking in the Mall of America.
What connections does she have in Minnesota? 
She was in the season with Caridee &
Her hair is back to pre-ANTM state.
She was very beautiful in person, and I only glanced at her for maybe a second each time I saw her.
