What changes would you make to ANTM?

If you could, how would you make ANTM better? (Being realistic here, of course.) Please support your reasoning.

For me, I would:

1. Make no eliminations until after the second photo shoot. I was watching the C8 marathon this past weekend, and Kathleen said if she was eliminated first, it would feel like she wasn't really given a chance. I think it's

I don't care if she's a model icon, get rid of Twiggy. She's a bad judge..I could write a whole entry on how bad a judge she is.

i notice that too. i like when she puts a piece of paper in front of her neck to show the difference between showing neck and not showing neck haha. i think the only comparison thing she's ever done correctly is the dead eye/fierce eye one. i actually see the difference when she does it but not with anything else she tries to demonstrate.
