Standing with her back to the hut's door and her eyes to the village, she briefly contemplates how best to answer Souji's inquiry. She wants to say that Adachi is 'stable,' but more often than not, he's... somewhere else, completely and utterly distracted from the present. By what, she doesn't know; she can guess, but nowhere near accurately enough to be any real help to him, so when she speaks, she speaks softly, quietly. ]
I don't think I'm going to be able to leave him on his own for a while, Souji. I don't think I can trust him to eat if I'm not here, let alone sleep or do anything else to take care of himself. He's in pretty bad shape.
[ She frowns, glancing at the door behind her as she continues to speak. ]
He's... stable, if you can really call it that. Not like how he was when he left.
