I don't know if everyone knows this, but I started taking high school via correspondence in the middle of grade 12. I worked full time and have been plugging away (albeit very slowly sometimes) at the remaining courses ever since.

I'm going to self-promote a little here, but only because I'm really really excited about it and there's no one around to tell.

There are four units in each course, and I just got one back from a philosophy course I'm taking. Somehow I managed to pull 100% on it. So that's awesome. I'm really psyched. She said "All skills are beyond our expectations for this course. Your answers are among the most sophisticated, crystal clear, and logical that I have ever had the pleasure of evaluating in this course or any other. Brilliant!!!"

It pays off to take courses meant for 18 year olds!

So that's adding to my productive-feeling day. My dad came over and hung a mirror for me, and I think I'm going to start a new unit.

It's really a motivator when someone responds positively to something you do. I feel like staying up all night and finishing three essays. .. I probably won't, but maybe I could handle one..

Hooray.

Slowly making my way towards the end.
