6x Pullups until failure: Palms Forward/Hands Wide, Palms Back/Hands Close, Palms In/Hands Shoulder-width
4x 10 Low Rows @ 100lb
4x 10 Lat Pulldowns @ 110lb
4x 10 Two-hand Bicep Curl @ 35lb
4x 10 Clean @ 75lb
4x 20 Individual Bicep Curl @ 15lb
Need to go up 10lb next time on the weights, but still.. damn am I weak :( I figured out why I can't curl for shit, though: my left arm is literally half as strong as my right. Right arm is decently strong, for the overall strength level I've got... but my left arm... weak as a damn cross-country chick.
