So....is what I'm hearing true? Is this storm finally over?
[Oh, does Toph look pleased. The second she knows this is over she'll be running outside to frolic and earthbend to her heart's content. Might get her feet a bit frozen though in the process...but she really doesn't care at all. In fact, the smile will still be on her face as her feet thaw.]
