A/N: Written for dw100 using the prompt sign.
The Doctor looked down beside him at the body of Captain Jack Harkness. He knelt down and started to check for signs of life before standing up to wait. Ten minutes passed and still Jack didn’t open his eyes or even sit up suddenly like he always did.
He knelt down again and checked for a pulse. There were certainly signs of life by the feeling of a pulse coming from Jack’s smooth sexy neck.
“Jack, this isn’t funny.” He said before standing up.
A minute later he was up against the wall with Jack’s lips against his own.
“Sorry!”
