I woke up to the bedroom door opening and a darkened figure walking slowly towards the bed. I rubbed my eyes before turning on the light. Jack was standing there fully dressed without his jacket and shoes. I guessed that he probably left them out near the coat rack. He gave me a grin.

yes he's on the high part of the Bipolar but there is an event that triggered it.
