Inter-office politics with Unit always ended badly with Torchwood when the Americans got involved. Though today was different because there was a change in the air they couldn’t seem to shift.

“Are the Americans always hard to negotiate with?” James asked Jack jokingly.

“Well yes, especially when they want to get involved.” Jack replied with a sigh
