Celebrating Australian Music
Congratulations to Powderfinger for their album Odyssey Number Five topping the Triple J's Hottest 100 Aussie albums of all time yesterday. I'm not a huge fan or own any of their albums but do quite like some of their songs. Especially My Happiness which has a great video clip involving a slinky trying to find it's way back to it's owner.
It beat Silverchair's debut album Frogstomp which was released in 1995, when the band members were only 15 years old. They won a competition a year before with their single Tomorrow.
