NaNoWriMo update
I have decided to default on my NaNoWriMo for this year. Right now I just feel like taking things slowly and since it's a new fandom I want to start small. In my novel there is a 'sub-plot' which is great for a one-shot about Sherlock's experiments. So I will still write, it's just it will be a short story instead. I might also get around to finishing the John Barrowman/Scott Gill RPF I started in August.
There are other reasons which are personal and don't want to go into at this time.
