Birthdays and other brilliant stuff

1. Happy Birthday to lefaym , I hope you had a great day.

2. I've posted a Doctor Who drabble called Just a Child, it's about Amelia Pond. There is also a Torchwood drabble called Wales is My Home.

3. Have slowly worked on my MBABB fic about a dark event from Jack's past. At the moment it's non linear since that's how it is in my brain. I plan to have all the scenes in my head written soon. But for now here is a snippet:

I looked at Emmett. He was quite a handsome man for his age. His manner was quite posh and I wasn’t quite sure how he would react to advances from other men. To tell the truth I always saw him talking to the others but remained detached in a way that confused you. I imagined him as a screamer or a beggar, someone who wouldn’t disappoint in the bedroom. Still lust wasn’t on my mind at this moment, only the urge to snap his neck.

“Watson doesn’t know me,” I replied standing up, “So maybe another time.” I walked over to him and placed a hand on his shoulder, “You’re lucky,” I whispered.

“Why is that Harkness?”

I refused to say. The image of his blood running across the floor burned in my mind. I was close to snatching the cue and hitting him across the head.

What saved him was a figure I spied from the corner of my eye.

Peter Watson had decided to show up.

4. For anyone who didn't know I have a Twitter which I have had for awhile now.

5. At the moment I have RPF ideas swirling around in my brain. In particular an idea about John Barrowman checking out his new iPad. Due to the Volcano, Scott hasn't been able to get to LA to visit John. So according to John's sister Carol John bought an iPad to keep himself occupied. Thank you tocruentum  for the information. It's an idea but I don't know how it would really work for some reason.

6. I'm also planning to de-anon my second kinkmeme story. Some of you already know what the fic is but I want to post it to my LJ because I'm very proud of it.
