The cherry blossoms of Japan were the most beautiful sight that Tosh had ever witnessed. Every spring her family would have a day out to see the trees and participate in the festivities. In her memories there was always joy and wonder, which brought out the lovely smile to her lips.

Tosh was arrested by Unit for stealing a plan of a sonic device from the government. it was explained in the series 2 episode Fragments.
