The J/I dynamic in this is very fucked up, but I can definitely see it. How did you find writing Ianto in first person? It's interesting, because although I can relate to Ianto in a lot of ways, I think he'd be one of the most difficult characters to write in first person.

yeah it's what was in my head and it did scare me.

I've written Ianto in first person a few times now and strangely find it easy for some reason, it's like I do relate to him. I prefer writing in first person so that's probably why. To be honest I really don't know.
