Ianto laid his head upon Jack’s chest. There was silence between them, a rare moment which would pass by unnoticed but only for a second. Ianto loved these moments where he could only hear Jack’s heartbeat against his ear. Quiet moments he loved to cherish.

“Some say the world will end in fire,” Ianto said breaking the silence.

“Ah, Fire and Ice,”
