I liked this series. Did you ever read Knightfall?

Nope. Should I? After watching all those Batman episodes, I'm feeling compelled to go buy more graphic novels, and am looking for recommendations. Knightfall was one I was looking at, along with The Killing Joke, Year Two, and The Long Halloween. I'd also like to read something with Ra's Al Ghul, but wouldn't know where to start.

I loved Knightfall myself. I even went so far as to read the novel version of it because I liked it so much. I don't collect individual comic books anymore, but I do mark for the graphic novels. I like the Elseworlds series myself... Superman: Red Son is the one I'm reading at the moment and it's quite incredible.

DORKS WE ARE!

The Elseworlds that I loved the most was the one where Clark Kent landed in Gothan instead of Smallville & was raised by the Waynes. They were killed the same way & it created a superpowerful Batman.

Wow. Never read that one. I read the one where Batman is in the Old West. I can't remember the name of it right now. It was pretty good, but sadly Doc and Marty do not show up at any time.

And another one... I think it's called True Brit. A Superman story that has him raised in England instead of America. It's quite funny, since John Cleese helped out with the story.

Really? That is awesome. I dig the Cleese, which reminds me I should really get around to my Fawlty Towers review. After Simpsons Season 4.
