I haven't had a chance to have another upswing lately because I got a hosting job on a TV show here at the college. It's been pretty kick ass. I put the first episode on YouTube; just search my name, Jason Antoniewicz.
But to write off LiveJournal is...eh. This community, in my opinion, was full of people who weren't that fickle.

I'm sorry to see you go, but I do understand your reasoning.
LJ is definitely "dying out" as is evidenced by all the communities I belong to/used belong to. It seems that people are rarely posting anything in communities anymore and are once again isolating themselves in their personal journals. That's a shame, of course, because LJ's strongsuit has always been the community involvement.
