Ratatouille...

So last night we watched Ratatouille.  It was very good, and I'd recommend it to anyone.  We had a great time (me, eternal_synn, and my sister) and were glad we went.  I give it 5 (of five) stars.

It is about a rat in France who likes (loves, lives?) to cook.  He finds himself in Paris and meets a boy who can't cook, and helps him be able to.  It's a story of a boy who has nothing finding himself and a rat learning the difference between the rat life of a thief and the life of a cook.

One thing I noticed was the use of colour.  They showed what tastes were like by showing different colored swirling fireworks.  Each taste by itself was a colour and the combined combined the colours.  Also I liked when the rats swarm out of the house.  They are various colours of blue, purple, brown, and green, and the moving texture of these various colours moving past each other was delightful.  Has anyone else noticed either of these things of other uses of colour in the movie?  Has anyone else noticed similar uses of colour in other movies?
