Top 10 TV Episodes of 2006

Hey, I wasn't kidding when I said I love year-end lists. Thus, I shall leave no stone unturned in my attempt to quantify the year in pop culture. Unlike my Top 10 TV Shows of 2006 list, this list only judges episodes that aired in the calendar year, January-December. I was seriously on the edge of my seat in that Survivor episode because in our draw of who would win, i got Yul and I was as relieved as he was (well...no AS relieved, he was pretty relieved), but i loved it.

That episode of the Office made me love Jim. I love Jim and Pam. They most get together this season.

I think it's an excellent list.

Something just occured to me right before I typed that sentence-do you think that the reason they said Beaver raped Veronica Mars was so the next mystery would be more personal?

I'm happy that, despite our differences over movies, we can still be TV buddies.

And, now that you mention it, that would certainly make more sense. They made sure Veronica would stay invested in the rape case in a way that she wasn't in the bus crash case by having her raped again.

Also, revealing that Beaver did rape her after she had eliminated that as a possibility shows that she doesn't always solve the crime, so maybe she's less trusting and more dogged about finding the truth than she may have been last year.
