Top Five Bond Movies

5) Live and Let Die
This movie gets the nod because it explores a different kind of Bond: it's in the US, it's about organized crime, and it looks at the drug run in the Caribbean and New Orleans. Yaphet Kotto is one of the best villains in any Bond movie: he is intimidating and scary, which is what any Bond movie requires. Plus, voodoo witch doctors are never bad to have in movies.

4) Dr. No
This was the beginning of the series, so it brings Bond to life and to the screen. It's innovative in that it includes new technology that hadn’t been seen before this movie was released. Without this one, there would be no Bond at all.

3) Casino Royale
Daniel Craig is the blond-haired, blue-eyed Sean Connery, and Connery was the best Bond, in my opinion. The movie hearkens back to the original Bond movies with its logical plot and realistic, though still amazing, action scenes. (Besides all that, my girlfriend thinks Daniel Craig is really fuckin’ hot.)

2) Goldfinger
The movie starts with a chick painted gold and dead in bed: how can you go wrong with that? Odd-Job is the best villain ever and "Pussy Galore" is the best Bond girl name ever.

1) On Her Majesty's Secret Service
This is the best Bond movie because it shows the humanity of Bond when he falls in love and gets married. This movie also shows just how vulnerable Bond is to women, and it sets up his interactions with women for following movies. It also brings on a new theme for the Bond series in action: the fighting is raw and the camera cuts are quick and innovative.
