I'm not a huge gamer, but when I would find a sports video game to obsess over, it would eat hours and days away from my life. It wouldn't even matter if I had little chance of ever losing, I'd keep playing, trying to best my personal high scores and maintain accurate rosters and stuff. The best is when you can play friends of similar skill levels

Tecmo Super Bowl was always more fun for me than Tecmo Bowl, especially the full season mode. Now that my roomates have an NES emulator, we play it almost daily.

I never played a lot of Tecmo Super Bowl, that's why I went with the original.

I always used the Raiders when I played Tecmo Super Bowl. 100 yard rushes for Tecmo Bo, 100 Hail Mary shotgun passes, I did it all.

Bo Jackson was pretty much the non-cheating equivalent of God Mode with Game Genie.

I also accumulated a sick amount of QB sacks thanks to my expert usage of Howie Long.
