When Harry Met Sally... (1989)

My first short review, maybe a better thing.

This movie is what I'd like to call a Thinking Person's Romantic Comedy. It's not based on silly situations that pop up only in movies (for example, you're meeting your fiancee's parents for the first time & you take a dump in their bathroom & it plugs the toilet). It's about what drives relationships, what lies at the heart of them. It's also one of those movies that you could pull an almost infinite amount of quotes out of, a near genre icon. If it weren't for the kinda superfluous montage of memories Harry goes through near the end of the movie, I'd go the full five. 4.5 outta 5, & it didn't depress me too much.
