In fairness Kris van Assche, this is a very cohesive and wonderful collection for Dior Homme. This, in my opinion, is your strongest collection for the brand yet.

Reasons why I think the collection is amazing:
1. I love the monochromatic color scheme. Using just blacks, whites, grays and khakis is something Hedi Slimane I think, would come up with himself. Being monochromatic is something Dior Homme became famous for and ever since van Assche took over, he became a little color crazy. It's good to see Kris van Assche having a little restraint with this one. Also, I have higher respect for designers who stick to one color story/theme. Even though everyone's saying 'uso' ang color, I'm still sticking to monochrome.
2. The silhouettes are so beautiful. The proportions are amazing. I love how big and baggy everything is but he balances it with slightly 'bitin' pants rolled cuffs.
3. The desert boots! I have this fascination for desert boots now and those are pretty stunning ones.
4. Layering. The rolled-cuffs trenchcoat layered over a suit is very very beautiful.
5. The sleeveless dinner vest/jacket and the voluminous tops are wonderful.

Well done Kris van Assche. Still, I'm very excited to see what Gareth Pugh comes up for his collections for Dior Homme. Kabog ka. Haha.
