You know it must be summer when it's been over 90 degrees every day for two weeks straight. It hasn't been too bad though. I'd say that at any given time it's about 10-15 degrees hotter here then Buffalo, and about 10 perfect less humid. I've been jogging 3-4 times a week on my lunch break for a couple months now, and the hotter weather has been pushing it quite a bit.
Since we are trying to save up for our first home, it's been a fairly unadventurous start to our life down here. I got a decent deal on hotel rooms, so we are taking a couple of overnight vacations to Wilmington, and Charleston this summer. It's also less then a month til we'll be back in B-lo, and a little over 2 weeks from our 1st marriage anniversary. Crazy stuff.
I got a call from the Homeland casting people the other day. They recast the wife of Damian Lewis' character, with the woman from that TV show V, so I gotta go back in about 2 weeks to refilm all the scenes, and fit into that stuffy costume again, lol.
I'm looking forward to our 2nd 4th of July down here. Last year, I bought fireworks at the last minute in Virginia, when I came to find out that South Carolina pretty much allows anything when it comes to fireworks. I even found bottle rockets!! It's gonna be a hell of a firework show at Jessica's parents this year!
