(no subject)
So much has happened since March. I'll try not to make this long, lol. We are down to a point where we are less then 30 days from the wedding. The process hasn't been too bad. The whole thing hasn't been too costly so far, and we are putting our own personal touches on the affair. Jess is going to have the flower girls walk down the aisle with candy bouquets, and having the wedding party run in a 5K (or a 1 or 2 mile walk for the wimps out there :) On top of that we are starting to pack for the big move. We haven't settled on a place yet, but it appears as if we will end up in South Charlotte. We've got the calendar updated with all of the tasks we need to complete, and it's a little daunting but I have a feeling the big day will be here before we know it. In the meantime, I ended up getting laid off at work in April. My last day was last Friday. It's good to have the time off to plan and pack, but it's still a little weird, it feels like I could have just had the week off and head back in on Monday. Otherwise I've been spending my days,or at least the last week running errands and getting some good jogging in. In another week Jess will be unemployed with me and we can work on getting the music and our dance moves for the wedding all set.
