So apparently Zombieland comes out today. We saw it two weeks ago, and it was an amazing film, ranking right up there with Shaun of the Dead in regards to funny Zombie films. It's less dry wit and more straight forward humor then Shaun, but it is definitely worth any money you spend to see it.
2 weeks ago was our second last vacation of the year (maybe). We went to Gettysburg, and stayed in a pretty swanky hotel, the Wyndham Gettysburg. It was big on presidents, which is kinda funny. What wasn't funny was how it doesn't exist according to our GPS. We need a map upgrade bad. The town itsself is small but cute. There is a giant circle right in the middle of it, and I bet on a busy day you can settle up with a lawn chair and a 6 pack, and enjoy all the near misses, and more. We went to a place called the Land of little horses. They backed up their promise. One disappointing aspect was that on a Saturday night, unless you want to get drunk, the town is dead by 7:30pm. I've never seen anything like it. We went downtown a little after 8, and every single shop was closed. We had a brief time that evening.
