Just ran my first race of the year, our local Corporate Challenge. 3.5 miles, and almost 10,000 runners. The first mile was such a PITA, trying to keep up a pace and trying to get around all the walkers, we were literally running on peoples lawns, and it too 15 minutes. Finished in 42:24, and according to me, ran a 10:48 mile pace for the last 2.5 miles.

I'm a bit disappointed in my biggest loser results so far. Last Friday I weighed in at 204, which is what my first weigh in was. That means that I gained 5 pounds after my first weigh in, then spent the rest of the time dropping it. My goal is still to drop 20 pounds, but I now have 4 weeks to do it.
