So my newest Death Knight had a buggy ghoul who didn't want to work. I tried the wtf folder and tried turning off mods and tried everything else I could think of before finally submitting a message to the gm gods asking for assistance.

Thank you for contacting the Game Master department and for your exceptional patience in waiting to be contacted, we really appreciate it!
My apologies 'Topaz', it appears your ghoul's bones may have been a little too old and were locking up on your pet :( I had him sent to the Undercity for a retro fit and a 5,000 mile fluid top off. Once returned he's now working like a charm and is ready to smite your foes upon command :)

This is why I still like Blizzard! You don't get form letter responses saying 'erase wtf folder' after telling them you already did that. You get a sense of humor instead. XD
