Hope it turned out delicious! I'm almost 40 and still haven't cooked a turkey - must quit showing up at relatives for Thanksgiving :D

I can't believe you've made it this far without ever cooking a turkey! That's no small feat. My dad drops one off here a week ahead of Thanksgiving and Christmas every year, so I've got no choice. Sigh.
