Climate Change not a top issue, says Environment Minister.
Apparently it's "another issue that they're very concerned with", however. And also she advised that our greenhouse gas emission levels are due to "liberal inaction". Nothing about "Conservatives shouting down every mention of the word "environment" in the House of Commons and attempting to block every initiative"
The same Minister who claimed that the spotted owl "does not currently face imminent threats to its survival or recovery". There are seventeen spotted owls left in British Columbia.
Why on earth was she charged with responsibility for the Environment portfolio? Other than her keen ability to spout conservative talking points? Bleargh.
