The progression of this fic is good, and I like the way you've written Tezuka handling the duty Yamato gave him.

A few nitpicks:
sub-captain
vice captain sounds better here.

You have quite a few typos. Also, there seems to be a lot of tense changes. Present to past to future, and it's rather jarring.

Overall, though, I liked your portrayal of Tezuka.

Thanks for both the praising and the concrit. English tenses are always a problem for me since I'm no native English speaker, but I'm trying really hard to improve that flaw. :3
