(no subject)
Dear Taryn,
I've been without a facebook for less than 24 hours and i'm already bored. Which only makes me feel more disgusted with the whole facebook dependency thing... I'm glad you asked me to start writing in this more because now i can still get my internet fix without succumbing to the social network which, in reality, highjacks your social skills.
I've already been much more productive than usual though :] i went on a bike ride with Erik today - the california 4 guy. we biked west along the bellingham bay, beautiful views. i wish i had known about this road while you were here because i would have taken you on it.
I'm home alone and i know i should use this time to collect myself, prepare for spring quarter. I was hoping to take advantage of the rare quietness and write some music before the rest of the girls come storming in here but i cant come up with anything good and now it just feels forced.
Ate dinner by myself out on my deck tonight but it was good and the air outside was warm. I'm gonna go cut my bangs now because their getting a little long. and then im probably going to "stumble" around on some do-it-yourself artwork ideas until i fall asleep.
It was absolutely wonderful to see you. I cant believe how fast we're moving in our lives. But im glad to have you in mine. See you soon.
