pissed off little rant
i hate calling at&t customer service.
it's one of those voice automated system things and it never can understand a damn thing out of my mouth.
i got so pissed off i was yelling into the phone, YELLING at a computer voice.
then after what seemed like 2 days, probably more like 30 seconds, i got a live person on the phone.
but the damn live person gave me attitude because i forgot my log-on id for the online stuff.
i guess i must be the stupidest person on earth forgetting that info.
it's not like i don't already have 50 million other log-on ids to remember for everything else.
with 50 million other log-on ids for everything else, you'd think i would make it the same for each site, right?
but no. that's just too damn easy.
