the passive aggressive emails and letters are surprising me with their creativity. One of them was hidden inside a birthday card envelope. Clever.

I can't help but think that someone out there gets paid to sit around coming up with stuff and nonsense like this, and just how the hell do I get onto that sort of gravy train? Lord knows the passive-aggressive end of it shouldn't present much of a challenge.
