Want to see some impressive numbers in the sport of weight moving? The first number is my one rep max at the beginning of the year(2005) the second is my current one rep max.(It's all in pounds)
Bench Press:185___235
Squat:65(my knee wouldn't allow much more)___265
Power Clean:100___200
Deadlift:225___375
These are numbers of repetitions
Sit-ups:34___54
Dips:2.5___9
Pull-Ups:.5___2
And on a side note I did 15 reps with 500Ibs on leg presses and 4 sets of 10 with 300 pounds on the bench press machine.
